Hi, thanks for stopping by my web site!  One of the great things about living in C.S. is the mountains and how easy they are to get to! In a matter of minutes you can be in them. I was born and raised here and outside of a month or two, here and there, I have lived here all my life. Now I wouldn't live anywhere else! I got into the real estate business in 1985 after owning or managing several different real estate related companies. Selling real estate has been my favorite! I love showing people around the city and maybe telling them a bit of the history of the area. I'm actually a 3rd generation Colorado native and now with the birth of my daughter and the birth of her daughter, have been blessed with a 5th generation that has been born here.  Colorado Springs is a great place to raise a family!

I started Faith Realty about 15 years ago, after working for several other companies, to serve a select clientele in a special sort of way. I like to treat people the way I like treated and work with them at their speed. If you need it done now, consider it done! However if you like to drive by homes first on your own, consider it done! I'll work with you the way you want. I'm here to help, to advise and to counsel you.

One thing that I've always been proud of is the number of past customers that return to me each time they are in need of real estate services and that they refer me to their friends and even the kids for their first home. That's special! My service does not stop after the sale, I'll be here for years to come to answer questions and give advice. I'm looking to make friends and customers for life!
